I LOVE to bake! Usually I find ways to make the things I love a little more calorie friendly! 💜 These Oatmeal Cream Pie Blueberry Muffins are one of my favorite recipes! They’re a quick easy breakfast or snack option that you can make ahead and take with you on the go!

OATMEAL CREAM PIE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS:
-1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
-2 scoop protein (I used Motiv8 protein in the oatmeal cream pie flavor but you can substitute for any protein that you like!!)
-2 ripe bananas
-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
-1/2 cup water
-1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
-2 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp vanilla
-1 tbl softened light butter
*Mix all wet ingredients (banana, vanilla, eggs butter) Add in protein, flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Once fully combined fold in blueberries. Spray a 12 count muffin tin with non stick spray. Add muffin mix to muffin tins evenly. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until muffins are completely baked. Check with a toothpick! Makes 12 large muffins. On the WW Freestyle plan these are 2 SP each.
