I know everyone under the sun has some kind of protein energy bites but THESE are too good to be labeled energy bites! These my friends are cookie dough bites!!
-2 scoops protein (any!)
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 cup quick oats (dry)
-1/4 cup maple syrup (I use sugar free!)
-4 tbl nut butter (any!)
-1/2 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
*Mix all ingredients together. Dough will be sticky! Put dough into refrigerator for a few hours. Take it out, roll into bite size balls. Store bites in fridge!
