How To Make Dinner And Meal Prep In Under 30 Minutes! Two Dinners One Recipe!

I thought of this idea to help with those who are really busy and may want some help in the meal prep department in the New Year! I want to show you all that you don’t have to get super creative with your meal prep, you don’t have to set aside time during the weekend and you can use the exact same ingredients as you would for dinner and prep something along side your dinner making!!

Ingredients:

-16 oz 99% ground turkey

-3 cans water packed tuna

-12 oz pasta (dry, any type)

-1 bag frozen spinach

-4 oz fat free feta cheese

-1 cup fat free cheese (I’m using mozzarella)

-2 eggs

-4 tbl “I can’t believe it’s not butter” light

SPINACH FETA TURKEY MEATBALLS OVER BUTTER NOODLES

-16 oz 99% ground turkey

-6 oz dry pasta

-1 cup cooked frozen spinach

-2 tbl “I can’t believe it’s not butter” light

-4 oz fat free feta cheese

-2 eggs

*Combine turkey, spinach, feta and eggs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Once chilled remove from fridge, and roll into 12 meatballs. Cook at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes (make sure they are completely cooked, remember all ovens cook different!)

*Cook pasta and add in “I can’t believe it’s not butter”

*Makes 4 servings: 2 oz pasta + 3 meatballs = 8 SP on MyWW Blue Plan

SPINACH TUNA CASSEROLE

-3 cans tuna (in water)

-6 oz pasta

-2 tbl “I can’t believe it’s not butter”

-1 3/4 cup fat free mozzarella

*Once pasta is cooked, add cheese, “butter”, spinach and tuna. Pour into a 9×9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes

Dinner + Meal prep done in less than 30 minutes! Enjoy!
