I was newly inspired by my recent purchase of a home treadmill so I am coming at you with a fun treadmill workout! Sometimes its nice to switch things up and if you’re like me its often nice to follow an outlined plan!
30 MINUTE TREADMILL WORKOUT:
Warm up: 5 minutes at a walk (light pace!)
Interval 1: 2 minutes light jog
Interval 2: 1 minute fast run (not a sprint!)
Interval 3: 2 minute brisk walk
*Repeat intervals 1-3 5xs
Cool down: 5 minutes at a walk (light pace!)
