CHICKPEA BURGERS

Ingredients:

-1 can garbanzo beans

-1 cup rice

-4 tbl mustard (any)

-2 eggs

-1/4 t salt

-1/4 t garlic salt

*Make rice, once cooled add rice, eggs, mustard and seasonings to a food processor. Blend until a fine mush. Add chickpeas (rinsed and drained). Combine and pulse. Chickpeas will be a bit chunky to add texture to the burger!

*Make 20-24 mini burgers. Fry on the stove top in a skillet sprayed with non stick spray for about 2-3 minutes each side.
