Chicken Burrito Bowl


-8 oz chicken (I used the Tyson Blackened Chicken!)

-1 cup dry rice (I used black rice)

-1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

-4 tbl queso

-4 tbl salsa

-3 cups roasted broccoli

*Make your chicken and rice per the instructions of the packing or to your liking. To build your burrito bowl spilt all ingredients evenly into 4 portions. I like to put my salsa and queso on the side in a small dressing cup!
