CHICKPEA ALFREDO

Yes I said chickpea….

I know what you’re thinking… this girl needs to take a break from the chickpea action but hear me out! When you love something don’t you want to find a way to eat it at every meal but in different forms!? No just me!?

INGREDIENTS:

-1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

-9 tbl creamy salad dressing (Caesar is recommended, but use any that you’d like! I used the Bolthouse Farm’s Caesar this time!)

-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

-salt and pepper to taste

-I also added the Trader Joe’s Chickless Seasoning as well!

*Add the chickpeas and dressing to your food processor. Add in seasoning and slowly add in the almond milk. You can make this morning creamy if you’d like by adding in more milk.

Makes 6 servings. It’s amazing poured in with pasta and broccoli! It warms up great and is the perfect alternative to alfredo!
