Hey everyone! Let’s come together this month as a group and encourage each other through this challenge! I love putting this together, but last minute made some changes so that each workout was one that could be done at home with ZERO equipment!
The calendar shows what days to do the workouts and what days to do cardio, however go by your own personal schedule if you need to move things around!
