HOMEMADE PROTEIN BARS

13G protein & WW friendly!!

Hey all! Welcome to the best homemade protein bar recipe on the planet!

What you need:

-1 cup oats

-2 tbl chia seeds

-6 tbl nut butter

-2 scoops protein

-1 tbl vanilla extract

-2 tbl chocolate chips

-2/3 cup water

Mix all ingredients (I warmed my chocolate chips and nut butter so that they mixed better!) Place in either a bread pan or 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper. Press in dough. Pop in the freezer for 1 hour or refrigerator for 4-6 hours until set. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days

*With the ingredients I used these are 7 SP on MuWW Green and Blue if you cut into 6 bars and 4 SP on MyWW Purple

230 Calories per bar + 13g protein (recipe makes 6 bars)
