SNACK: almonds + dark chocolate chips 5 SP / 125 calories —- 1/2 oz almonds + 1 tbl bake believe chocolate chips

MEAL 1: lunch bowl — 1/2 cup brown rice (seasoned with Trader Joe’s Vegan Chickenless seasoning), 1/3 cup garbanzo beans, 1 boca burger, 1/4 cup olives, 1/2 cup roasted cauliflower

MEAL 2: taco lunch bowl: 1/2 cup sweet potato & cauliflower rice, 1/3 cup black beans, 1 boca burger, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/2 cup California blend veggies, 1/3 cup corn
