EASY STARCH SOLUTION DINNER IDEAS

VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE -Recipe is From @PlantifulKiki

-3 cups potatoes (I used Yukon so I don’t have to peel them)

-1/2 cup carrots

-1 1/2 cups water

-3-4 tbl nutritional yeast

-seasoning of choice

*Cook carrots and potatoes for 5 minutes, manually release for 10 minutes. Remove from instant pot and put into either a high speed blender or a food processor. Add water, nutritional yeast and seasoning. Blend until creamy. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 7 days

TACO STUFFED POTATO

-1/2 cup chopped onins

-1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)

-2 cups corn

-potatoes *baked

-2 tbl taco seasoning

*In a skilled add onions, black beans, corn and taco seasoning. Cook on medium heat until desired texture/doneness

*Add black bean taco mix to a baked potato and add salsa

BROCCOLI CHEEZE POTATO

-3 cups cooked broccoli

-2 cups vegan cheeze sauce

-baked potato

*Once broccoli is cooked, add it to your cheese sauce. Stuff broccoli mix into potato and enjoy!

TACO FRIES

-taco seasoning

-potatoes

-vegan cheeze sauce

-salsa

*Chop potatoes into fries, air fry. Sprinkle with taco seasoning once cooked. Add vegan cheeze sauce to your salsa and serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
