Workout #1

-25 close grip pull downs

-50 mountain climbers

-25 burpees

-30 squat press

-quarter mile run

3 full circuits (rest as needed)

WORKOUT #2

-500m row

-50 jump rope

-20 lunges w/ weight overhead

-25 kb squat / upright row

-25 pushups

-quarter mile run

*3 circuits (rest as needed)
