My grocery list:

-5 bags frozen veggies (pick your favs!)

-5 bags frozen fruit

-1 box pasta

-1 bag oats

-1 can chickpeas

-1 can blackbeans

-1 bag brown rice

-2 cans pineapple

-1 can pasta sauce


Breakfast: *Makes 11 meals

1/2 cup oats + 2 tbl homemade jam


-1 bag frozen fruit

-1/4 cup water

-2 tbl chia seeds

*Cook fruit and water in a saucepan on medium heat. When they come to a rolling boil add in chia seeds. Once they come together as a jam take off the heat and let cool. Store in a glass jar in your fridge for up to 7 days

SNACK: *MAKES 8 meals


-6oz frozen fruit

-1 cup spinach

-16 oz water


Chickpea Salad with potato and mushrooms: MAKES 4 MEALS

*Substitute any 2 frozen bags of veggies if you can’t find the ones I used

Chickpea salad

-1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed

-3 tbl dijon mustard

-2 tbl lemon juice

-sea salt

PINNEAPPLE RICE: males 7 meals

-1 lb brown rice

-2 can pineapples

-1 can black beans

-1 bag frozen stir fry veggies

*Add all of your ingredients to your instant pot + 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook on rice for 15 minutes

PASTA WITH VEGGIES: Makes 10 servings

-2 lbs pasta

-2 frozen bags brocoli

-1 can pasta sauce
